Welcome to Suflate. By accessing or using our platform at suflate.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. The Service
Suflate is a voice-to-content platform that converts voice notes into written content. The service includes voice recording, transcription, AI-powered content generation, content scheduling, and related features.
2. Account Registration
To use Suflate, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Content Ownership
You retain full ownership of all content you create using Suflate, including voice recordings, transcriptions, and generated text. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service (e.g., transcription, AI generation).
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Suflate to:
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or hateful
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or workspaces
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the service
5. Credits & Payments
Suflate uses a credit-based system for certain features including transcription and AI content generation. Credits are consumed when you use these features. Payments are processed securely through PayPal. Purchased credits are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to modify pricing and credit allocations with reasonable notice.
6. AI-Generated Content
Content generated by Suflate's AI is provided as-is. While we strive for high-quality output, AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and editing content before publishing.
7. Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable, uninterrupted access to Suflate. However, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suflate and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
9. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@suflate.com. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the service.
