Suflate ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Suflate platform at suflate.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service.

Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your email address and display name.
Voice & Audio Data
When you record or upload voice notes, the audio is temporarily processed through our transcription service (AssemblyAI) to convert speech to text. Audio files are stored in your workspace on Supabase Storage and are accessible only to you and your workspace members.
Generated Content
Text content generated from your voice notes is stored in your workspace. You own all content you create using Suflate.
Usage Data
We collect basic usage information such as pages visited, features used, and credit consumption to improve our service.

These services have their own privacy policies governing how they handle your data. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase with Row Level Security (RLS) enabled on all tables, ensuring workspace-level data isolation. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and follow industry-standard security practices.

You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing hello@suflate.com
- Export your content at any time
- Withdraw consent for data processing
6. Cookies
Suflate uses localStorage for authentication tokens and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
7. Children's Privacy
Suflate is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
